Hello there! We're The Sundust System, a system of eleven known alters! We're a traumagenic DID system. DID means 'Dissociative Identity Disorder', a trauma-induced complex dissociative disorder which causes the personality to split into various 'parts', otherwise called alters or headmates. Basically I'm saying people were mean to us when we were a child so now there's a shitton of us trying to share one body, lol. We made this website to hopefully track our recovery, along with having a relatively relaxing social space to post on that isn't just "AAA BAD THINGS ARE HAPPENING YOU SHOULD FEEL AWFUL AAAAA!!!" 24/7. We are trying to make this site from scratch. We don't know HTML in case you can't tell from the... relative blankness of our site, and we certainly don't know CSS, but this seems like a fun hobby to have. We started our first Neocities page a few months ago, which was a blog exclusively coded by our ex-host, MJ. Following that, Lola made her own site, but she used a template from the internet. Then we had a system-wide Neocities that also used a template, but it is VERY outdated. If I ever figure out the login, I'll delete it someday.
Anyways, we're bodily nineteen and collectively use they/them pronouns. I tend to use "we" and "I" interchangably. My gender identity tends to change very quickly depending on which alters are closer to the front but if you're ever curious, you can always just ask. Our sexuality changes too, but generally we're attracted to men and masculinity. Some general things about us: most of us like or associate ourselves with Call of Duty (or at least enjoy fantasizing about a certain skull mask wearing war criminal), OMORI, classic horror movies (especially Friday the 13th and Halloween), respectful/non-exploitive true crime, ranches and farms, nature (especially waterfalls), clouds, the academia aesthetic, and baking/cooking. Mostly baking though. We actually used to want to be a pastery chef!
Our username, Terrestrial Paradise, comes from Tirzah. It's a reference to The Garden of Eden. While not all of us are religious, angels and religious imagery generally mean a lot to us. Living smack in the bible belt probably doesn't help, lol. Also, we love art, and Terrestrial Paradise by Bosch is a lovely painting.

Note: we have four alters that aren't listed in our alters section who we aren't comfortable talking about on such a public forum for a number of reasons. We will give them code names though so that they can post on here if they want: Morning Star, Lovebug, Ellie, and Leon.

We'd love to one day make a button, or put up other people's buttons... but we're really struggling with figuring out button ettiquette, have no idea what hotlinking is (we tried googling it and left more confused than we went in), or how to host images locally without them breaking??????? But if we ever figure it out this is where buttons will go. One day, hopefully.
